Español: Escudo de Archena (Murcia, España): Escudo cortado. 1º, de oro, cuatro palos de gules. 2º, de azur, un sol de oro sobre una media luna blanca. A ambos lados dos cruces de la Orden de San Juan de Jerusalén, señores de la villa.".Pueblos de Murcia. Escudo cortado, en el que se distinguen dos partes bien diferenciadas. La superior o jefe está formada por las barras gules y oro características de la Corona de Aragón; tras la faja que corta el escudo horizontalmente se sitúan las figuras sobre campo azur: un sol de oro y una luna de plata, dispuestos en la parte central "en palo" (la luna debajo del sol) y flanqueados por dos cruces de Malta, también platas. La luna es creciente montante, con las puntas hacia el jefe. El sol se representa por un círculo, rodeado de 16 rayos. Significa la verdad, abundancia y riqueza simbolizando la liberalidad y benevolencia. El escudo tiene por lambrequín una guirnalda de laurel, el símbolo de la victoria. Al timbre se encuentra la corona real,, compuesta de ocho florones de hojas de acanto, visibles cinco, interpoladas de perlas, y de cuyas hojas salen sendas diademas sumadas de perlas. La corona está forrada de gules. En su parte inferior, se coloca la divisa con el lema "muy noble y muy leal". Ayuntamiento de Archena
