ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยวิชาธรรมศาสตร์และการเมือง (ปัจจุบันคือมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์) มีลักษณะดังนี้


"เครื่องหมายราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยวิชาธรรมศาสตร์และการเมือง เป็นรูปธรรม์จักรสีเหลือง ตัดเส้นด้วยสีแดง มีพานรัฐธรรมนูญสีแดงสลับเหลืองอยู่กลาง ที่ขอบธรรมจักร์มีอักษรสีแดงจารึกว่า "มหาวิทยาลัย" อยู่ตอนบน กับ "วิชาธรรมศาสตร์และการเมือง" อยู่ตอนล่าง และระหว่างคำว่า "มหาวิทยาลัย" กับ "วิชาธรรมศาสตร์และการเมือง" มีลายกนกสีแดงขั้นอยู่"


ภาพนี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช 2482 (ฉบับที่ 2) ลงวันที่ 15 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2483 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม 57 วันที่ 30 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2483 หน้า 84
