  • Garuda is the deity of Bogd Khan mountain
  • Cintamani and stupa/pyramid are the symbols of oriental philosophy, representing everything consisting of wood, earth, and water elements, and symbolize protection of the natural environment
  • Vajra stands for mind and it's power
  • Gear in the chest of garuda represents labor and the image of "District of workers"
  • Blue stands for eternal existence, yellow stands for love, courage, and power, red stands for joy and flourishing development, white stands for purity, and green stands for immortality, peace, and growth.
