Summary

Description
English: Uncaptioned illustration of the section "The second Sect of the Chineses what it containeth", displaying a Chinese official prostrate before a Buddhist idol and a lama making offerings at its altar. The accompanying text does not claim the Buddhism ("Scienquia", "Omyto", "Amida", "Xaca", "Amidabu", and "Xekiao" in the text) practices human sacrifice although the picture seems to show a multiheaded idol or collection of saints' busts as an offering of human heads.
