English: Rudolf Roessler (Rudolf Rößler) published in 1941 in his own publishing house “Vita Nova” in Lucerne the second edition of the memorandum: Die Kriegsschauplätze und die Bedingungen der Kriegführung – The Theatres and Conditions of Warfare. He analyzed the aims, the means and the geographical and political factors of the nations concerned, whether they were neutral, non-belligerent or belligerent. Roessler used R. A. Hermes as pen name. The memorandum has 94 pages.
Deutsch: Unter dem Pseudonym Rudolf Alexander Hermes veröffentlichte Rudolf Rößler 1941 in seinem Verlag Vita Nova in Luzern in 2. Auflage die Studie Die Kriegsschauplätze und die Bedingungen der Kriegführung. Die Denkschrift untersucht die Ziele, die Mittel und das geographische und politische Umfeld der in den künftigen Zweiten Weltkrieg einbezogenen Mächte, seien sie kriegführend, noch nicht kriegführend oder neutral. |
