English: Viewed from above, the width of a sunspot in the middle of the Sun's face at μ will appear six times larger than when it is between B and D. However if the sunspot sits at a distance above the Sun equivalent to just 5% of its diameter, then its width at μ will be less than three times larger than at GQ. |
