Summary
| Description |
English: A rudimentary at a map/plan of the Dar al-Makhzen or Royal Palace complex in Fes, with some of its most identifiable historical elements (and some other relevant landmarks nearby) indicated.
This was based on the map in "Fes el-Jdid plan (version 2).png", which in turn was a cropped and modified version of "Carte Enceintes de Fes.PNG" by user Omar-toons. I then copied (in a very approximate way) the features visible on Google satellite imagery, while consulting maps and information in books and scholarly articles (see sources cited at https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Dar_al-Makhzen_(Fez) ). |
