Summary
| Description |
English: A workshop for the primary school children of Esino Lario organised by Maurizio Fusina and Salottobuono around Salottobuono, Curve di livello, Esino Lario 2010. Urban design and site-specific art work in via Montefiori 19 Esino Lario. The signs corresponds to the contour lines in Esino Lario, to express the importance of the mountains but also the paleontological relationship with the sea (Esino Lario is territory strongly characterized by its karst topography and the presence of fossils). The work was commissioned by Associazione Amici del Museo delle Grigne Onlus and produced for Vestire i paesaggi and Ecomuseo delle Grigne. The workshop focused on understanding how to measure contour lines with GPS, strings and balloons and how to physically define the contour lines on via Montefiori 19 using paper and colors.
