Summary

Description
English: Portions of the syllabus and teaching materials for Physics 214 Optics, Waves, and Particles, the fall sophomore year course for physics majors and engineering students at Cornell University, as taught by Professor Raphael Littauer in Fall 1973. The excerpt of the fourteen-page class notes handout contains an explanation of the electronic classroom response system that he devised and built, and the yellow handout excerpt is an example of the questions posed and answer choices in that response system.
