Description
English: Masa is one of the popular varieties of cereal foods amongst northerners in Nigeria. It is Nigeria's version of rice cake, and also known as waina.
Ab: It is a fermented puff batter of rice, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, yeast, and a leavening agent, and then cooked in a pan, which usually gives it an oval or round shape
