The illustration is specifically needed to support the following point(s): Construction of the original building (1840 S. Mayfair Ave.) began on July 2nd, 1959. Ground was broken, concrete was poured, and the first bricks of St. Joseph High School (the 1840 S. Mayfair Ave. address) were laid in 1959. Though classes began at the new school on September 7th, 1960, work on the building continued through early 1961.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the artwork would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The photo will be used along with existing text to depict how the building was constructed.
