Español: Cuarta tabla de las 24 tablas realizadas por los artistas novohispanos Juan González y Miguel González. Las pinturas de las tablas representan la llegada del capitán español Hernán Cortés (1485 - 1547) a México, desde el hundimiento de sus naves en San Juan de Ulúa hasta la caída de la ciudad de México-Tenochtitlán. Esta tabla representa la llegada de Cortés a la ciudad totonaca de Cempoala, donde fue recibido por el gobernante Xicomecóatl (también conocido como Chicomácatl o Cacique Gordo).
English: Fourth table of the 24 tables painted by the new Spanish artists Juan González and Miguel González. The paintings represent Hernán Cortés' entrance into Mexico, from the sinking of his carracks in San Juan de Ulúa to the fall of the city of Tenochtitlan. This painting represents Cortés' entrance into the city of Cempoala, where he was welcomed by its ruler, Xicomecoatl (also known as Chicomácatl or "Fat Cacique").
