BLASONATURA "D’azzurro alla torre d’oro, merlata alla guelfa di quattro pezzi, finestrata (3) di nero e sormontata da una stella (8) d'argento. Al capo: d'oro, al caratteristico busto della Madonna vallicelliana, al naturale, sostenuta dalle nuvole e da un montante, il tutto cucito d'argento. Lo scudo, accollato ad una croce astile d'oro, è timbrato da un cappello di verde, con cordoni e nappe dello stesso, in numero di dodici, disposte sei per parte, in tre ordini di 1, 2, 3. Sotto lo scudo, nella lista bifida e svolazzante d'argento, il motto in lettere maiuscole di nero: "ILLE FIDELIS".
