Dansk: Inden for en gul bort, i hvidt felt et brøndanlæg med kumme og søjle, gråt med grønne vandtude, mellem to kastanjetrær, brune med grønne blade, og over en hvid skjoldfod med årstallet 1773, gult, i en grøn bladindramning.

Object history
English: Coat of arms of the Danish market town Christiansfeld. In use since 1959. Granted 1973. The arms depicts the town's central well flanked by chestnut trees. The year 1773 is the year members of the Moravian Church founded the town after having been granted religious freedom by the Danish king Christian VII after whom the town is named.
Dansk: Christiansfelds byvåben. I brug siden 1959. Tildelt 1973. Våbnet viser byens fællesbrønd omgivet af kastanietræer. Året 1773 er det år medlemmer af Brødremenigheden grundlagde byen efter at have fået tilladelse til at slå sig ned i Danmark af Christian VII, der også har givet navn til byen.
