The 1,200-pound Meleeny bell that adorned the former Bradley County Courthouse in Cleveland, Tennessee, located in the Southeastern United States. The bell is now situated in front of the present courthouse. The plaque above the bell reads:

(CONSTRUCTED IN 1893) WAS HOUSED
IN THE BELL TOWER OF THE BRADLEY
COUNTY COURTHOUSE UNITL 1960. IT
WAS RETURNED TO ITS RIGHTFUL PLACE
IN FRONT OF THE COURTHOUSE ON
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 1992 BY
MAINSTREET-CLEVELAND AS PART
OF THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE
CITY OF CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE.
