1. the image is being used strictly for informational and/or educational purposes;
2. it furthers the goals of providing verifiable information concerning the subject matter, in that it visibly demonstrates content which is referenced explicitly or implicitly within the text of the article itself.
3. no free images have been found of the subject, who is deceased, and thus a new free image cannot be created
4. the image has been released by Swedish police to the mass media with the obvious intent of spreading it
