This image will also be used to enhance readers' understanding of the technical aspects of the lunar lander as discussed in the Chang'e 6 Wikipedia article, such as the locations and size of of its main engine, thrusters, robotic arm, ascent vehicle etc. As of 7 June 2024, this is the only image that depicts the Chang'e 6 lunar lander on the surface of the Moon and therefore serves to confirm the occurence of the lunar landing; it is also clearly edifying fo the reader to view the image as there is currently no other absolutely accurate and free depiction of the lander. | ||||
