Slovenščina: Ob dnevu državnosti 2013 se je prvič v zgodovini pred predsedniško palačo na Prešernovi cesti v Ljubljani postavila častna straža, ki bo tam postavljena ob vseh državnih praznikih. Idejo o postrojitvi častne straže je 2012 obudil nekdanji obrambni minister Aleš Hojs; nekdanji predsednik republike Danilo Türk se za postavitev častne straže ni odločil, aktualni predsednik Borut Pahor pa je zamisel podprl z argumentom, da je tudi tako treba okrepiti domovinsko zavest Slovencev.
