Summary

Description
English: Cerium compound produced from the reaction of cerium(III) nitrate and sodium hydroxide. The precipitate was originally white solid but it immediately turned dark then yellow upon contacting air during filtration. The yellow powder is presumably cerium(IV) hydroxide.
