Français : Le 10 Mars 1906 eut lieu la Catastrophe de Courrières qui fit 1099 morts dans les communes françaises de Billy-Montigny, Sallaumines, Méricourt et Noyelles-sous-Lens. Les puits appartenaient à la Compagnie des mines de Courrières.
