Summary

Description
English: This simple gold streamer with the words "National Commander's Citation" embroidered onto it is awarded to units of the Civil Air Patrol who earn the National Commander's Unit Citation. This streamer is not a product of the United States Armed Forces, but of an American non-profit organization. This is a simple representation that was produced by me using Microsoft Paint and is hereby released into the public domain.
