Fair Use Rationale of image on Edmund Blampied
[edit]This image is fair use in the article Edmund Blampied for these reasons:
- It is a scan of an item in my personal collection of magazines that can be freely bought.
- It was published in The Bystander in 1926. The magazine no longer exists.
- It is a low resolution image.
- The biography needs at least one example of the type of work the artist did for magazines during his career as an illustrator.
- The Estate of Edmund Blampied, the artist in question, have given approval for the use of this image, and I can provide written evidence of such.
