Deutsch: Gebäck, welches durch das "spritzen" des Teiges auf das Backblech seine typische Form erhält, und besonders gerne zu Weihnachten verzehrt wird. Man kann die Plätzchen auch mit geschmolzener Schokolade und Zuckerstreuseln dekorieren wie auf dem Foto zu sehen.
English: A pastry, which gets its typical shape by "spraying" the dough on the baking sheet, and is particularly popular at Christmas. You can also decorate the cookies with melted chocolate and sugar sprinkles as shown in the photo. |
