English: Detail from the monument at Yoxford, Suffolk, of Sir Robert Brooke (died 1646) and his wife Dame Elizabeth Brooke, nee Colepeper (died 1683), showing the heraldry for Brooke (gules on a chevron argent a lion rampant sable) (dexter), and Colepeper (azure, a bend engrailed gules) (sinister), impaled, surmounted by the Brooke crest (On a chapeau gules turned up ermine a wing proper charged with a chevron argent thereon a lion rampant sable).
