DescriptionBridport, Saturday market in South Street - geograph.org.uk - 1364367.jpg
English: Bridport: Saturday market in South Street The market on Saturdays lines both sides of East, West and South Streets. With shopfronts to browse at on one side and stalls on the other, pedestrians often progress at a very slow pace along the restricted width of the pavements, causing almost as much congestion as occurs to traffic on the carriageways.
The clock tower of the Town Hall can just be seen top-right of picture.
