Summary

Description
English: This is a file showing colour-coded plan and elevation views for brickwork in Double Flemish bond of three bricks’ thickness.

Bricks in the elevation diagram are accounted for in like colours in the plan diagrams. In the elevation diagram, heading bricks appear in brown, heading three-quarter bats are in green, stretching bricks are in orange, and queen closers are in pale purple. Obviously everything coloured pale blue in the plan diagrams will -- from the elevation viewer’s viewpoint -- be to the rear of the facing bricks, and can not therefore appear in the elevation diagram.

In this file, one user unit (http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/coords.html#Units) may be thought of as being equivalent to one millimetre if we admit brick dimensions of 215mm x 102.5mm x 65mm with joints of 10mm.
