Summary
[edit]Point where the Rivers Darwen and Blakewater join in Witton Country Park. The river Darwen is flowing right to left. Preston Old Road is behind the wall on the right, where the Scapa sign is. The pipe passing over the River Darwen is a main sewer from Blackburn to the sewage treatment plant in Salmesbury, near Preston.
