Description
Norsk bokmål: Birkeland-Eyde lysebueovn utenfor Norsk teknisk museum på Kjelsås. Lysbueovn brukt til fremstilling av kunstgjødsel ved å utvinne nitrogen. Utviklet av Sam Eyde og Kristian Birkeland. Ovnen på bildet er blant de største, kapasitet på 3300 kW. Brukt på Rjukan 1916-1940.
