Description
English: Benjamin Germein arrived in South Australia in April 1837 on board the ship the "South Australian". Mariner; lighthouse keeper, Port MacDonnell; Marine Board pilot, Lefevre Peninsula.

South Australian Old colonists 1836-1840 mosaic - mosaic coordinate: 14C. The name written on the portrait is spelled Jermain.
