Summary

Description
English: Eitan Belkind was one of the founding members of NILI, an organization that fought against the Ottoman Empire through the support of the British forces. Belkind joined the Ottoman army and transferred to the headquarters of Cemal Pasha in Syria. During his time in Syria, while secretly trying to garner support from the British, Belkind witnessed the massacres against Armenians and wrote of them in his memoirs so it was published decades later.
