English: Bayswater Estate advertisement on page 2 of the 09 July 1885 edition of The Daily News (Perth, Western Australia). This image is a crop of the entire page. The advertisement took up the full height of the page, and over one quarter of its width, making it the largest real estate advertisement in any Western Australian newspaper at the time.
