[3] (Annibale Maria di Francia, or Hannibal, (born July 5, 1851 in Messina, Italy, died June 1, 1927) His father Francis was a Knight of the Marquises of St. Catherine of Jonio, Papal Vice-Consul and Honorary Captain of the Navy. His mother, Anna Toscano, belonged to the noble family of the Marquises of Montanaro.) known as the Father of the orphans and of the poor. He discovered the divine command of Jesus: “rogate ergo…”(Mt. 9:37-38). July 19,2009- Rev. Fr. Dante F. Quidayan, RCJ, the first Rogationist priest from Laguna, blessed a monument of the Father Founder, Saint Hannibal Mary Di Francia, which was installed at the Bay junction.
