"Banjo Challenge for the Championship of the World I, George W. Gregory, claiming the championship, do hereby challenge all banjoists, including any who have heretofore assumed the above distinction to compete with me for the possession of the title and a cash prize of $100, said competition to take place in public, in the City of New York. For all particulars, address Frank B. Converse, Manager, 155 West Forty-sixth Street, New York City." |
