Description

The flag of the Balkar people, as per FOTW. The blue signifies the Turkic people, the white mountains symbolise Mt Elbrus (the two peaks symbolse the Balkars and Karachays), the top white stripe symbolises the celestial way of the Balkars, and the lower white stripe symbolises the earthly way of the Balkars.
