Description
English: Ellsworth "Babe" Wagner (1914-1949) was a German-American trombonist, who played with the Gene Krupa Orchestra and would later form his own group called Babe Wagner's Dutchmen, which recorded "old time" polka and folk music. The Upside Down Polka was recorded on this Columbia 78 in 1949 and it can be heard on the Internet Archive
