DescriptionBUNKER HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT, BERKELEY COUNTY.jpg
English: BUNKER HILL IS A TOWN IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF BERKELEY COUNTY THAT WAS DEVELOPED BY GENERAL ELISHA BOYD WITH MILLS AND A BRICK-MAKING OPERATION. THIS IS THE NEW PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ORIGINALLY BUILT IN 1854 BUT HEAVILY DAMAGED IN THE CIVIL WAR AND REBUILT IN 1879
THE PICTURE CURRENTLY ON THE NR LISTING IS OF THE MILL WHICH IS IN MILL CREEK HISTORIC DISTRICT WHICH IS VERY CLOSE BY. THE SAME PICTURE IS USED TWICE BUT IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BUNKER HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT BECAUSE THE MILL IS NOT IN BUNKER HILL. THE PICTURE I HAVE SENT HERE IS OF ONE OF THE CHURCHES THAT IS A CONTRIBUTING BUILDING IN BUNKER HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT
