English: The rear ends of two BRM P261 Formula 1 racing cars, in the paddock at the 2023 Goodwood Revival race meeting. The two cars show the two different engine installations that these vehicles ran with during their competition career in the mid-1960s. The car closest to the camera has the initial variation, with the intake trumpets in the centre of the engine's cylinder banks, and the exhaust pipes exiting to the sides and routed through the suspension arms. The farther car has the later installation, with the positions of the intake and exhaust ports switched.
