Description
English: Western (downstream) side of the replacement Arroyo Bridge, which carries Arroyo-Portland Road over the Clarion River in Spring Creek Township, Elk County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was built in the 2000s to replace a historic steel truss bridge, the piers of which support the concrete structure.
