Arthur Posnansky, Director of the Tihuanacu Institute of Anthropology, Ethnology and Prehistory, Bolivia, in a writing entitled "Mongoloid Signs in Some Ethnic Types of the Andean Plateau", (page 112) said that this individual has a Mongolian fold that almost completely covers his eyelashes and the part of his eye over the tear duct. (3rd paragraph page 113).
