English: Former U.S. Marine Paul Whelan, left, embraces his sister, Elizabeth Whelan, after being welcomed by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Aug. 1, 2024, following his release from Russian custody.
