Français : Jean Amédée, fils de Jean Nicolas, fut aussi musicien virtuose et compositeur reconnu. Il s'installa à Rouen en 1835, et y devint, par son génie et son rayonnement, le moteur de la vie musicale de l'époque. Une rue porte son nom à Rouen.
