El alto horno, el único que se ha conservado, de los 3 que estaban en servicio, tiene una altura de 64 m y fue construido inicialmente en 1922 y remodelado en los años 70. Sólo se operó durante 13 años tras su restauración. Hoy está abierto a visitas del público.
