Español: En el Congreso de la Ciudad de México, se realizó la Ceremonia Solemne, para conmemorar el X Aniversario del Reconocimiento del Derecho Humano a la Cultura en la Constitución mexicana; a la cual asistió, como invitado especial José Alfonso Suárez del Real y Aguilera, secretario de Cultura de la Ciudad de México.
A tribuna para fijar su posicionamiento, acudieron los diputados de la Asociación Parlamentaria Encuentro Social, Miguel Ángel Álvarez Melo, del Partido Verde Ecologista de México, Alessandra Rojo de la Vega; Guillermo Lerdo de Tejada, del Partido Revolucionario Institucional; del Partido del Trabajo, Lilia María Sarmiento, del Partido de la Revolución Democrática, Víctor Hugo Lobo Román; Margarita Saldaña Hernández, del PAN y la presidenta de la Comisión de Derechos Culturales, Gabriela Osorio de Morena.
