Description

A U.S. Navy Douglas AD-6 Skyraider of Attack Squadron VA-175 "Devils' Dilpomats" aboard the aircraft carrier USS Franklin D. Roosevelt (CVA-42) at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. VA-175 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 17 (CVG-17) aboard the FDR. Note the blimp overhead.

139805 was later lost with VA-115 when it suffered an engine failure over the Gulf of Tonkin on 14 February 1967.
