Description
English: 6311 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia, PA. Concord School, built 1775 (datestone visible near peak of the roof) probably by master carpenter Jacob Knor. Perhaps named for the battle of Concord which occurred the same year, or perhaps for a ship that brought over German settlers. Considered significant in the Colonial Germantown Historic District.
