Deutsch: Kurz vor dem Beginn der Hannover Messe 2016, die unter anderem von der deutschen Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel und dem US-amerikanischen Präsidenten Barack Obama eröffnet wurden, organisierte ein Trägerkreis zum Samstag, den 23. April 2016 auf dem hannoverschen Opernplatz eine Demonstration unter dem Motto
(www.ttip-demo.de). Zeitgleich waren auch gegenteilige Meinungen in Hannover plakatiert worden von Interessengruppen, für die die Vorteile von TTIP überwiegen. Die Demonstration wurde von folgenden Organisationen getragen: Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland (BUND), Campact, attac, Naturfreunde, Deutscher Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband, Deutscher Kulturrat, DBG, Kreisverband Region Hannover, ver.di, Arbeitsgemeinschaft bäuerliche Landwirtschaft (AbL), Mehr Demokratie, Oxfam, Brot für die Welt, Naturschutzbund Deutschland (NABU), Föderation Demokratischer Arbeitervereine (DIDF), Greenpeace, foodwatch, Umweltinstitut München, SumOfUs, BUNDjugend, Katholische Arbeitnehmer-Bewegung, Volkssolidarität (VS), Naturfreundejugend, Forum Umwelt und Entwicklung, Verband deutscher Schriftstellerinnen und Schriftsteller (VS) in Zusammenarbeit mit TTIP unfairhandelbar, Stopp TTIP und Wir haben es satt. Abgebildet ist Matthias Miersch (SPD), MdB.
