WATERS SOUTH OF JAPAN (Nov. 23, 2015) Sailors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) observe as the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is underway in formation with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force for a photo exercise during Annual Exercise (AE) 16. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is participating in Annual Exercise 16 to increase interoperability between Japanese and American forces through training in air and sea operations.
