English: Name: The community settlement of Levon Description: Located in the Tefan region in the western Upper Galilee, it was established in 1980 as an observatory and in 2000 it was moved to its current location and declared a community settlement. Bears the name of the Minister of Defense and Secretary of the Histadrut in the past, Pinchas Levon. עברית: שם: הישוב הקהילתי לבון תיאור: שוכן בחבל תפן במערב הגליל העליון, הוקם ב1980 כמצפה ובשנת 2000 הועתק למקומו הנוכחי והוכרז כישוב קהילתי. נושא את שמו של שר הבטחון ומזכיר ההסתדרות בעבר, פנחס לבון. מהישוב נשקף נוף מרהיב לעבר בקעת בית הכרם, העיר כרמיאל והרי הגליל התחתון הערות: משתייך למ. א. משגב, בתחומו גן תעשיה קטן המסונף לגני התעשיה תפן. שוכן בתוככי חורש טבעי ים-תיכוני סבוך. מונה כ-1300 נפש מיקום: לבון קובץ מקורי: IMG_6214.JPG |
