中文:袁昶(1846年-1900年7月29日),原名振蟾,字爽秋,号重黎,浙江桐庐人。清朝官员,官至太常寺卿。庚子事变时因主和直谏与许景澄、徐用仪等人一同被处死,后被平反并追谥为忠节公。袁昶也是同光体浙派诗人的代表。(Yuan Chang, politician of the Qing Dynasty.
