Description
English: Flat, circular bowl with engraved book-ended celtic pattern across top. Center of bowl divides plain of green and blue enamel. Shaft joins above bowl with celtic engraving and blue and green enamel rectangle continuing halfway along shaft with winged knot flanges. Shaft continues to point with additional celtic ornament flanking the end.
